Above Poundland!
October 10th, 2007
In the town, above Poundland is a brown door, number 41A. Not the richest area in Aberdeen but not the poorest. As you go through the flat there are lots of ties on the floor. There are 2 guitars sitting in the living room but one has 2 broken strings. Beside the t.v are some football socks which have been there for 2 days at least.
As you get to the kitchen there’s dirty plates with yesterdays spaghetti bollonace on it. Beside the food are lots of coca-colas bottles. There is a working washing machine but the washing is all over the floor. Off the kitchen is a balcony with a yellow sun chair and a black umbrella but no rain drops anywhere.
Next is a sound proofed room with a drum kit, an orange flamed guitar and a black microphone with a lot of ties on it like Steve Tyler (AeroSmith). In the hallway are alot of books ‘Geography the n4ext step’ ‘Frankensteins Monster’. The next room you get to is locked with no key or no lock, just a handle. Inside the room is barking. Outside the room is a blue top with ‘Daddies Boy’ on it and there’s a water bowl and a food tray.
The next room is the dining room. On the dining room table is some cold, rock like toast and a boiling cup of coffee. On a little side table is the toaster and kettle, the toaster is boiling but the kettle is freezing.
The front door opens “Jock, Jock where are you?” A female enters “Jock it’s time for walkies. Here boy. Bark!” The dog starts to bark “Oh, Alex has put you in his room agian.” The lady walks through the kitchen and pulles the bookcase away from the wall. Behind the bookcase are some lovely beads, and the woman walked through to an ostentatious display of floralm everything. Only one corner was manly, themsn corner. “Oh Jock, he really is a sensitive boy at heart”.
