Creepy Caravan

One bleak winter day on a caravan site, in the corner stood a dull caravan. The owner of the caravan park was going about the usual business of the morning site inspection when he came to the dull caravan. He went inside to look around. He went straight to the bedrooms, where he came across a muddy handprint on the door. There was a dent in the wall and the beds were not made. He had had enough of the bedrooms, so he went through to the kitchen/livingroom. There was a smashed beer bottle lying on the floor.

 Guess what happened??
