Down Banana Tree Lane

September 28th, 2007

What sort of person or people live here and what is about to happen?

In an expensive neighbourhood down Banana Tree Lane was a huge house. It had seven windows and you could see into every one of them. It had a garage which was open quarter of the way up. It also had a gate at the front to get in which was wide open. At the front of the door was a bunch of roses.
Entering the house into the hallway there were stairs and under the stairs was a glass top table there was a can of diet Pepsi and three pictures. You could smell the smell of expensive perfume and hairspray. Through the hall and into the kitchen there were two knifes on the floor and empty dishes on the table. Out of the kitchen and into the living room. Looking around the room an ashtray on the floor and a burnt mark on the floor. The TV was attached to the wall and a couch that looked cheap.
Up the stairs and into the bedroom were loads of make-up scattered on the floor like someone had emptied a make-up box on the floor. It looked like someone was going out. There were also clothes lying on the floor. When you opened the wardrobes there was an axe in them. Out of the bedroom was a bathroom it had a mirror on the wall and toothpaste on the floor. Then all of a sudden you could hear a whisper coming from the bedroom and the sound of a door opening.

It seems to be the house of a wealthy person, which made me first wonder if there was a robbery going on. Though I don’t think a robber would be using an axe. The roses at the door and the scatterd make-up now make me reckon the drama might involve quarrelling lovers.

There’s lots of details there. I’d enjoy learning the solution.

We think the people are rich.We also think the people are messy smokers that save their money. It was almost like someone had robbed the house and messed it up.

We thought the story was good because it was mysterious.
