The mysterious house

There was a high twelve-storey block of flats across the road from a graveyard.

 On the 9^th floor on the right hand side there was a dark red coloured door that was half open. Inside there was a strong smell of different types of air fresheners. In the sitting room the armchair was tipped on to its back, the television screen was smashed and the fish were dead, floating on the top of the water. In the bedroom there were a lot of pictures of a man and a woman together, on top of a bedside cabinet there was a note saying, “Dear Christian, how are you doing? The weather is great here, anyway see you soon, love Matilda.” In the kitchen there were broken plates and cups and glasses all over the floor. There was cutlery lying on the table. There was a vegetable knife on the unit, it was covered in red liquid. In the bathroom the bath was also covered in the red liquid. This was very mysterious.
