x..My life as a figure skater ! ..x

One day on my birthday my mum and dad took me skating.It was the first time I had ever been ,I had no idea what it would be like.
When got on the ice it was so slippery. I fell about 12 times .Then at last I got the hang of it . I went round and round and round , but I never knew how to stop.I was trying my hardest to slow down but it was just too slippery ! I tried and tried and tried my hardest and then I was able to stop.
At last it was time to go home.I never thought iI would go skating again! But when I got home my mum and dad gave me another present. It was a pair of figure skates.I had always wanted a pair.
Now that I’m older I’m now able to skate and I go to a club and everything ! ..x I can do lots of things. I dunno where to start. Emm….I’m in grade 10 nearly in stars. I can do a 2 foot spin and a 1 foot spin. Eerr…..I’m getting there on my corkscrew! ..xeemm….. im trying 2 do my sitspin ..x Em.I can do a catchfoot backwards and forwards ! ..xI know my backwards edges and forwards edges ! ..xMy favourite thing to do is a spreadeagle and stuff. There’s sssooooooooooooooooooooo much stuff I can do. There’s too much to name ..x Well that’s all for now byexXx

yeah i had her wen i was 2 until i was 5 she still cums down with sean and she lies on my floor she had cancer but now she dosnet and then we got broxie wen i was 7

You sound as if you’ve come a loooong way since that first skating session when you fell over 12 times! It just goes to show that if you stick with something and keep trying, you’ll get the hang of it.
I like the last paragraph where you tell about all the moves you can do. I’ve no idea what corkscrews and a speadeagles and things are though… maybe you could write anpther passage to explain - “A Beginner’s Guide to Ice-skating” or something?
